2.0I asked to look at the room before I paid. Glad I did, paint peeling off the walls smelly, dirty. Didn't stay.

2.0Terrible! Damp, dirty, broken doors, black flies, only one light in the room by the door, bad a/c, thousands of cigarette butts on ground by the door. Went to dinner and returned to see two Mankato PD cruisers in the parking lot dealing with a permanent resident of the hotel. NO REFUNDS so couldn’t go to another hotel. One room down the hall had the electronic key latch smashed off of it and the room vandalized. Pieces from the latch left on the floor in the hallway. Back side of building is rotting off. Never slept under the covers for fear of bed bugs, instead had to deal with small black flies along with a poorly functioning a/c. Was told by local service stations to NOT stay at the Riverside Suites but as mentioned earlier, no refunds.
