1.0Manager was friendly and listened to our concerns.
− Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we received was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. It was not clean, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable because it disconnected every five minutes. The biggest issue happened at check-in. We were assigned a room in the corner of the parking lot. When we politely explained that this was not the room we expected and appeared to be one of the worst rooms in the hotel, the receptionist ( name was Nyokina ) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to help, she went to her computer and threatened to cancel our reservation immediately. This was completely unacceptable, especially since we had done nothing wrong, and we had paid totally and did not agree to cancel our booking. Eventually, we had no choice but to accept the room. It had virtually no view and very little natural light. We were told that because we had a dog, this was the hotel’s “pet-friendly” room. However, during our stay we clearly saw other guests with dogs staying in different rooms, which makes this explanation difficult to believe. Overall, the room did not match the description or photos on Booking.com, the cleanliness was below expectations, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the staff’s attitude was disappointing. Unfortunately, we would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it.
Needs massive capital invested to be a decent place to stay.

− Expensive for quality level. Facility is in very poor condition. Very little maintenance. Freezer door broken, air conditioner was filthy and smelled awful, door to the fridge cabinet was broken, door to the room was hard to close. Free breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine not functioning. All they had was bad pastries out of a package, boxed cereal and fruit.
