4.0The property is very old with some updates but still smells like a very old place. No operating bathroom fans and very small room. With all that was in the room it was very crowded. We had to plug in the fridge so it took along time to cool down. Knowing the room was booked this should have been thought of prior to us showing up.

8.0retrofitted older motel. deadbolt not working. Nick was very nice. Other patrons up at 4 am making lots of noise. Glad to have fridge and microwave. Just used to sleep

4.0Old out dated Cobb webs in the corners ,flys , nats flaying around everything seamed to be clean besides that just not very good with the price in my opinion

10.0The Mindemoya Motel is a reliable place with friendly owners and clean rooms. We’ve stayed several times when visiting family, it’s convenient to all attractions on the island and the owners are lovely.
