Pesima Actitud en Recepción y Falta A/C o Clima.
4.0La relación valor - precio es la correcta pero la actitud de recepcista hombre el vienes 2 de mayo fue pesima o poco flexible y enuncio : solicite una extension del check out pagando un ajuste en hora o bien otra noche adicional y que por ser la feria de san marcos no era posible cuando el hotel no estaba lleno que tenian que cobrar el doble de costo que pague una noche anterior. ????. la habitacion requiere de Aire Acondicionado y no de ventidador de techo no es suficiente
