9.0We had a great experience staying at Ashburn Court Apartments. The location is excellent, with easy access to underground stations, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and ideal for families. The staff are cooperative and friendly, Dinilsa, Adrianna and a male guy. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The living room is spacious, the bathroom is excellent and very clean, and the bedrooms are comfortable and suitable for a family. Although one of the bedrooms is a little small, it is still perfectly fine. The facilities are very good, including the lift and air conditioning, which make the stay more comfortable. The best feature for us is the 24-hour concierge service, which is extremely important and reassuring, especially when travelling with family. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay, offering a great location, a peaceful environment, and convenient facilities. We would definitely recommend it to families visiting London.

− Tout était très bien, s’il y avait un petit bémol à mettre l’immeuble est peu insonorisé, on entend le couloir et les pas des étages du dessus.
Un lugar estupendo para quedarte en Londres
9.0Nos ha gustado mucho este aparthotel. Las camas son supercómodas, tiene aire acondicionado/calefacción en cada estancia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila de Londres. Nada de ruido de la calle, y tampoco de otros huéspedes. Estaba limpio y tuvimos la suerte de tener el apartamento en el primer piso, que es el único que tiene balcones (no es que pasáramos mucho tiempo ahí, estamos en octubre, pero sí algún rato). El aparthotel está a menos de 5 minutos de la parada del metro de Gloucester road, que está muy bien comunicada con toda la zona turística. Las instrucciones a la entrada fueron claras y ya nos advirtieron que el fin de semana no habría limpieza (entramos un viernes), pero que si necesitábamos cualquier cosa la pidiéramos. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in mucho antes de la hora, lo que es de agradecer. Estamos muy contentos de haber encontrado este sitio y nos encantaría volver.
− Solo 2 pequeñas cosas, que no nos detendrían a la hora de volver a elegir este lugar: -El apartamento tenía un aseo con ducha y otro con baño. El día que intentamos ducharnos a la vez, una persona en cada aseo, no pudimos. Tal vez fue solo algo puntual, pero el agua salía ardiendo de las dos duchas cuando intentábamos ducharnos a la vez, así que lo hicimos de uno en uno y se terminó el problema. Como digo, quizás fue algo puntual (no volvimos a probar a ducharnos a la vez), pero lo pongo aquí por si le es de utilidad al propietario. -Una luz adicional en alguno de los baños estaría bien, para poderse maquillar si una quiere.
