Bad experience
1.0Old furniture. Not clean.
− So noisy . I can hear everything in the building and couldn’t sleep during my stay
Don’t get downstairs room
3.0Front desk staff were very helpful and did their best. The area is very good.
− Soundproofing was terrible. Room downstairs received noise from neighboring harrods parking the whole day and night. Room above had very noisy kids who left a mark on our sleeping schedule. Front desk staff tried to help but options are limited. Would never recommend taking the room downstairs.
