1.0− The location of the place was so bad that we chose not to go back after the first night. In the room itself, the walls were falling apart, literally. The windows didn't operate nor did the shutters. The beds were uncomfortable and the showers let water all over the room.

2.0Местоположение действительно очень удачное. Недалеко от метро. Достопримечательности рядом. На этом плюсы заканчиваются
− При заселении сразу бросилась в глаза ветхое состояние мебели. В квартире было как-то сыро и видно, что кое где мебель буквально рассохлась. Да и возраст мебели судя по виду очень почтенный. В диване прям на самом видном месте приличная дыра прожжена, похоже сигаретой. Белые стены вымазаны, во многих местах проглядываются черные пятна. Заехали поздно вечером, и с удивлением обнаружили отсутствие горячей воды. На наш запрос у хозяина, был получен ответ, что решение этого вопроса будет не ждать раньше следующего дня. При этом еще и канализация была забита. Вода очень медленно уходила в душевой кабине. Поэтому апартаменты произвели удручающее впечатление. Вынуждены были, после получаса прибывания в них и общения с хозяином, просто найти другую гостиницу и съехать. Самое интересное, что теперь целая проблема вернуть деньги. Даже звонок в букинг пока не помогает.

Ubicación inmejorable! Falta de mantenimiento
7.0La ubicación es inmejorable: la boca de metro de Manzoni está a dos minutos, una tienda bastante económica a 7 minutos y un bar bastante decente a 3 minutos. El Coliseo está a 14 minutos caminando y una parada de tranvía a 4 minutos. Creo que la ubicación es difícil de mejorar.
− Lo que no me gustó es que la cocina no tenía puertas en la parte baja (algo que no entendí). Al abrir el agua del fregadero te quedabas con el grifo en la mano sin sentido, y en el techo había un foco colgando, algo roto. Yo me preguntaba por qué no lo arreglan, con lo fácil que es solucionar esas cuatro tonterías. Por otra parte, el sofá cama era incómodo y estaba enfondado. Faltaban paños para secar la loza o, en su defecto, una zona habilitada para colocar la loza mojada, pero no existía nada. La verdad es que no tiene sentido, porque con cuatro tonterías lo solucionan.
