SUCH a lovely and clean stay in the loveliest Cotswolds' town.
9.0The room was clean and well organized and well-stocked. The fixtures were new and in working condition. There was plenty of space for 2 people. Thankfully the windows opened with fresh air while still safe. We visited during the warm months and the fan was helpful. All staff were cheerful and attentive.
− Nothing the staff or hotel could adjust- it was just louder than necessary neighbors walking past.

9.0I really loved how the common spaces were curated, it felt extremely inviting and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and the back garden was just the cherry on top.
− Since it was warm, air-conditioning could have been helpful, but I understand it’s an old building.
