overall we had a fantastic stay, lovely to have the family altogether to enjoy the spa experience.
8.0The log cabin was lovely, great size for our large family, We got a take away provided by the hotel, very quick service, easy to order The Breakfast was in the main hotel, delicious
− there were areas of the spa that felt a little run down, some maintenance needed, outside walls needs freshened up.

10.0I liked the feeling of luxury throughout and the ambience of the Gillies Restaurant. All staff we encountered were customer-focussed and were great ambassadors for the Galgorm.
− I booked the Castle kitchen restaurant in advance of my stay for dinner, and did not realize this was off-site. I do not think this was made clear at the time of booking. When I realized my mistake, I changed our booking to an onsite Restaurant (Gillies).
