7.0The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel's common areas have clearly been recently updated. The breakfast was very good, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Their quiet hours were observed by all the guests and we had a good night's sleep.

Smell of mold and worn, loose toilet seat caused a less than desirable stay
