9.0I had booked it after seeing the reviews about the bigger rooms and indeed for the location, the room was spacious and comfortable. The service also was great. Overall, a good stay!
− There was a false fire alarm at 6 30 am which interrupted my plans for the day. We had to evacuate but it didn't take more than 15 mins to go back to the rooms. The hotel staff could have addressed it better.

10.0Great stay! Location was easy to access both walking and transit. Rooms were very comfortable. We found the value for money very high and will definitely stay at this location for our next stay in London.

− Fire alarm went of early on Saturday - communication around it was poor. My room had no iron or safe, despite being in the description.
