10.0This was super comfortable hotel, the staff was always super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to be bale to walk to the different neighborhoods in town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay in good location
9.0Lovely guest house-type hotel in a good location a few streets back from the waterfront. We had a king room which was a large bedroom with a sitting area - both lovely and great amount of space. Small breakfast selection in the morning which we opted not to use. Lovely property but definitely pricey for what it is - paint could do with refreshing in places too. That said, we enjoyed our stay and we’re glad to have chosen the Attwater for our time in Newport.
− Almost more of an Air BnB feel as didn’t see any staff the entire stay, other than the housekeeper on one occasion. Our room was on the 3rd floor which had no elevator which could be an issue for some - something to be mindful of. (We were fine but definitely a challenge with large suitcases!)
