9.0The best hotel in Haines for sure. Pricier than others but if you're looking for comfort and a good location, this is for you.
Wonderful Hotel in Haines
10.0We had a three night stay here and really enjoyed it! Staff at check-in were friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It was nice to have a kitchen for our breakfast in the morning and an on site laundry room. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in town and right across the street from a grocery store. It appears to be the nicest hotel in town. We would definitely stay here again if in Haines.

6.0Modern, clean, good size rooms
− Could have been a bit more thoughtful for ADA. No sign saying the back door, where the disabled parking is, is open so I ended up parking out front and getting up a kerb to get in. Was given a non-ADA room upstairs very far from elevator. Doors did not have automatic opens. Nitpicks but indicative. Guests were extremely loud in corridors until late at night
