9.0室內非常乾淨，位置離市區很近但又不是在市中心，停車方便交通便利，和式房間非常適合帶小小孩，不用擔心滾下床！房間外面陽台空間非常大，有晾曬需求超方便！ 價位合理，管家親切！ 以後台東旅遊都優先考慮這邊！！
− 201房小小缺點是水壓略小，蓮蓬頭固定架可能已損壞，沒辦法固定，洗澡只能一直拿著
