6.0No central air conditioning outside of the room. The metal roof insulates the heat, with no release. This risks illness when exiting an air unconditioned room. Having said that, on a positive note, the staff was very welcoming. The problem is with the infrastructure.

10.0Good location. Super nice staff. Breakfast was delicious and had many options, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, toast... Lil restaurant downstairs has excellent food.. the view of the traffic circle and city was entertaining, and the mountains in the background, lovely Safe parking in the basement. 5 stars for sure

2.0Dangerous part of La Ceiba, road was blockaded by pickup trucks and we were unable to reach the hotel. Hotel refused to provide a refund although Expedia helped out with One Key points
