4.0We needed a place that allowed pets and this one fit that bill. Unfortunately, the carpet needed to be cleaned or better yet, replaced. We only had one washcloth, Kleenex box only had two tissues. Stains on the walls. When we first got there the cable TV wouldn’t work so the front desk (only person I saw working) had to come and reboot the box. It was definitely a hotel for construction teams. Even though I checked in online, I had to stand in line while about 10 people went through the time consuming process of completing paperwork.

8.0Staff Check in was friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room however, there was Mold all over the wall(s). We went back down to front desk and she quickly got us a new room that was in good shape. Everything else with our stay was just fine.
