4.0Close to my family and Jackson TN
− There was a roach in the toilet when we arrived and roach baits ALL over the room. The refrigerator didn't work and I told them and they said they would fix it the next day and the big block of ice was still there when we left and the door wouldn't close. The staff was very rude and I will NEVER stay there again!!

− There was nothing around except a Subway for dinner. I paid less for other hotel rooms on my trip.
