10.0Чисто. Хороший завтрак. Приятный персонал
− Слышимость.
Disappointing stay, with several areas needing improvement.
4.0The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
− 1. The towels were extremely worn out and looked as though they had been used for years without being replaced. 2. The room had an unpleasant, musty smell, possibly due to insufficient sunlight or ventilation. 3. The location is not particularly convenient for visitors unfamiliar with the city. First-time visitors may struggle to find the hotel without prior knowledge of the area. 4. The breakfast selection was very limited, with little variety to choose from. 5. The shower cabin does not have its own lighting, making it dark and inconvenient to use. 6. The elevator was very small and outdated, making it feel cramped and in need of renovation.
