Not coming back here. Too hot and too noisy.
4.0Location was good, close to the ilford station and mall. The kitchenette setup was good.
− Noisy, suoer hot room. No AC, no fan, no lift. When i checked in, the receptionist could see I was travelling with my family including young child. He gave me a room on the third floor, the last room. I had to carry my luggage all the way to the last floor on the hottest day. i asked the receptionist about ac and fans. He sent me a pedestal fan which required assembling and it took me another 15 minutes to sit in the heat and assemble it without a screwdriver. Upon check in you are required to pay the security deposit for any damages. Not a very friendly gesture. The house phone didnt work. There was a closet with digital meters that seemed unsafe for kids. Accessing the building, then opening the main door required 2 lock codes. Lots of hassle to reach the room. We had to open the room windows for vetilation but the noise and light distubed our sleep. I turned on the toilet exhaust fan and the kitchen hood to keep to ventilate the room but it hardly made any difference. I wouldn't come back to this apartment again.
It was worth every penny. I’d gladly recommend.
