10.0Staff were lovely, a number of cobwebs in our room. It would’ve took no more than 10 minutes with a hose of a hoover nozzle to have got them off the ceiling and in the corners of the room, when we push the two single beds together there was also dirt underneath the beds other than that the room was of a reasonably high standard of cleanliness. The bathroom was fine outside areas needed some attention doors to be painted woodwork chipped some windows showing signs of decay. It was also autumn so to be fair the grounds were covered in leaves and there was quite a bit of green moss about. Parts are tired.

8.0Lovely property room was clean although a little on the small side. The Spa looked tired and it could’ve done with a bit refub the hot tub was cold and I found the changing rooms full of cobwebs! The pub on the grounds was nice food was good. Overall nice stay

8.0My husband and I come here every year. We love the spa and the food. The staff are very friendly. But this year i think we stopped in the worst room as it was so small. There werent any drawers to put your small things, t-shirts etc in, there was no room in the bathroom for your toiletries and even the bed felt smaller. The mirror in the room to do your hair and makeup was behind the tv and you couldn't use the one in the bathroom as there was no light near it so was a bit dark! Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room let it down a bit
