I stayed in the pod, sadly the amenities were non existent and the room uncomfortably warm

− The place was devoid of people only met one person when checking in and never saw anyone else over the rest of my stay even though it remained open for anyone to walk around.Very strange 🤔but somewhere to sleep safely.

1.0The member of staff I called to try and check in when there were no staff around was very friendly.
− We did not see a member of staff throughout the 2-night stay. The bar and restaurant were not open at all. On Monday night the hotel room stunk of fish and chips from the chip shop next door. The light above the shower in room 1 does not work, there was a horrid mat in the shower you had to stand on. The room was filthy with dust on the material headboard, mould in the shower and hair on the floor from previous guests. There was no hand soap in the bathroom either.

6.0Pleasant town and the location of the hotel was good if you are touring Wales. It is a no frills hotel providing the basics and fine for an overnight stay. The staff I did come into contact with were very pleasant and helpful.
− Probably fair to say the hotel has seen better days. Because of its condition the room felt overpriced.
