Cool, affordable boutique hotel
10.0Loved this super cute, but super modern motel. When you pull up it has the classic motel building outside, inside lots of cool deco and some really creative ways of repurposing the space. The rooms were super clean - crisp white bedsheets. Nice walk in closet area just off the bathroom which had the cool subway style tiling. Great shower and fantastic air con - which was much needed. Outside my room the area had been turned into a super cool seating and mini golf space. Staff on the front desk were super friendly and helpful with check in, check out and had some really great recommendations for great coffee and food near by. Loved this place it was well priced and not a big chain hotel which I loved. I will be staying again next time I’m in. Vegas.

10.0Excellent value. I’m a nature enthusiast looking for a safe place to sleep and this was perfect. I was able to stay on budget in a comfortable bed, frigid AC, and conviennent location. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay again.

10.0I enjoyed my stay at the Downtowner. Very cool retro motel. Close enough to some cool off-strip locations - the Fremont district, Atomic liquors (great dive bar). Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. Would repeat.
A great experience overall
10.0If we come back to Vegas we'll be booking here again. The rooms are clean, well designed, and the staff was super helpful when our truck was broken down in the parking lot. They let us hang out in their lobby/bar after checkout to beat the heat and gave us free water while we waited for the mechanic. The location near the Fremont Street Experience is excellent and many attractions are within walking distance. We also really liked the art deco style and 60s feel of the place. It was a great and affordable alternative to staying on the strip.
