6.0We were very disappointed with our room it was very cold and although it had a heater on the wall it was useless. It was also very dark. Even the manager walked around with her coat on.

8.0It’s a great place to stay. No complaints the only thing we missed was air conditioning in our room however, their ceiling fan was almost sufficient.

10.0We had a lovely couple of nights here. It was a nice communal area, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Helpful to have secure onsite parking

8.0The room was basic and clean. The service staff was great - very friendly and accommodating. I understand the local water shortage and therefore no bathtub plug. It would have been nice to know ahead of time as we weren’t aware before arrival and our children wanted to bathe. Additionally, the shower leaked all over the bathroom each time it was used. Finally, the security spotlight shines directly into the room through the frosted glass in the front door. Please install a window shade for the door glass. Overall we enjoyed the stay and hope our honest feedback will be acted on accordingly. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks!
