2.0First of all. When we go there, the lady said room was not available and she was going to give to give me my money back. She specifically said not to cancel. ( now I know she did not want it to reflect on her) I am still waiting on my money. ( I am back home). The place was nothing like it was advertised 😢😢😢

10.0We loved staying at Grand View Guesthouse, big space and comfortable furnishing, the view of course is unbeatable - we enjoyed breakfast and late night relaxation on the balcony overlooking Speyside bay. If you rent a vehicle for your trip, this option is a must for staying in Speyside/Charlottesville

10.0Calling ahead is appreciated. We forgot to and arrived around 9pm. Even then, someone showed up with keys and made our stay quite easy. We'd recommend it to anyone. Also, the views of the bay are stunning.
