8.0It appeared that our room was just remodeled. New everything. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. The room was very clean. Halls were just painted also, & it looked like the hall carpets were getting a cleaning. The only negative was that the TV was a bit wonky. We found the guide, but don't know how. To lower the volume, we discovered that the button on the TV needed to be used, & channels were quite a problem to maneuver. However, clean is most important to us, & the housekeeping staff does a great job!

8.0Property is centrally located with a working pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean with daily maid service.

4.0The ice machine was broken; the toilet was stopped up; the remote on the television didn't work; the room would not get to a comfortable temperature (too warm) and they charge a $30 pet fee that wasn't advertised. The Wi-Fi was fine.
