10.0We loved this property. Beautiful views. Check-in was easy and quick. Property manager was very responsive. Reason for not 5 stars is, no cleaning of room while we were there, 3 nights. Place was beautiful though. Would stay again and price was reasonable.

4.0Vistas del Volcan Arenal y el lago. El televisor no funciono. Limpio pero se tienen que cerrar las ventanas por los insectos en la noche. Usamos el aire acondicionado. y al salir observamos goteras provenientes de nuestro cuarto en dirección al piso o area común en el piso terreo.

8.0Hotel manager Sergio provided excellent service, accommodating for all our needs. Location is superb, rooms and spacious and convenient. Despite of some minor issues with plumbing our stay was excellent.
