− It was advertised on booking as room with breakfast. The hotel website also says free breakfast. The truth is, the hotel does not provide breakfast at all anymore.

− Room was very hot, and heating was on but was told it wasnt the right time of month for aircon. Room was right next to the front desk which was loud all night due to no soundproofing. Also room windows opened into internal kitchen dining area, so no privacy/fresh air
