Cómoda y práctica
9.0Su situación y la habitación era magnífica.
Great location, comfy beds!
7.0Location was brilliant, room very spacious clean and warm
− The reception and breakfast areas are small and a little cramped but functional. The breakfast was surprisingly good and much better than other Croatian hotels!
Great location, but you can HEAR EVERYTHING. . .
9.0The location was amazing! Right in the city center. Unfortunately the sign does not state the entire name of the hotel, and therefore there are several other hotels in the area with a similar name that could get you misdirected. The room is large, and clean. Some of the staff are kind. Elevator access was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast is extremely limited options, although they were all things I enjoyed, so it did not bother me.
− You can HEAR EVERYTHING -- both outside your door and above you. Rugs need to be used throughout. Hotel needs to have rugs under bed, under couch, under coffee table, and on way to the bathroom. And good hefty rugs that you can anchor to the ground, not cheap, lightweight rugs that slide when you step on them (there were two cheap, thin, mini size rugs on either side of the bed only in 1 of our rooms). Breakfast is extremely limited. Some of the staff were not very nice. Shower leaks on floor. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion provided, only body wash.
Would recommend this hotel to everyone
10.0Great location, large room, excellent facilities
− Nothing
Not really a Hotel - Serviced Rooms would be a more accurate description
7.0Location was superb. Lovely clean bedroom and bathroom with comfy bed and double sized walk in shower, both with air conditioning.
− We paid a lot of money for a 'suite' but our room was just a bedroom with no sofa, only 1 chair and nor was there a kitchen, robes, slippers, minibar. working television or iron - as listed in the facilities. Apart from the small reception desk and the breakfast room there was no other facilities that you might expect in a hotel, such as a public seating area, bar, rest room, luggage room. The reception staff did allow us to leave baggage just outside her reception desk. We did not complain about the lack of facilities because we don't go on holiday for confrontations. None of it impacted us or our stay in a big way but if you really want those things then please check they are available before you arrive/pay. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding.
Amazing location and Margareta was fabulous
10.0The location is amazing - right in the middle of one of the main squares. The stone walls gave the room such a historic palace feel - it was great. We were in the Deluxe double - city view suite on the second floor. These rooms are very spacious. I've added a photo that I took of the square below from the window. There is a restaurant in front of the suites. You enter the suites via the side alley. One of the great things about the Palace Suites is the manager at the front desk, Margareta. She is delightful and very helpful. I think our room was yet to be renovated because the bathroom was dated and the hot water system a little noisy. However, with the double glazed windows you can choose to hear the sounds of the city or hear nothing. I'm not sure it is worth booking the city view suite if you are on the second or third floors because you basically need to be standing at the window to see the view. We stayed for 5 nights so had quite a bit of down time and we generally like to watch whatever news channels are available eg CNN or the BBC. Unfortunately, the TV system was constantly playing up - I think there may have been one night that the TV worked seamlessly - but it didn't last. Margareta went out of her way to make up for the annoying TV issue by helping to take our bags to the ferry.
