10.0初めて利用させて頂きましたけど、スタッフの方々のご挨拶も気持ちよく、お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。アメニティも個人で選べて利用料金から考えたら、また利用したくなるホテルでした。

4.0掛ふとん、敷ふとんのシーツに何本髪の毛がありました。タンスにある予備のシーツを出して交換しようとしたら、同じように髪の毛がありました。時間も遅く疲れていたので、我慢しました。 午前10時にチェックアウト際、午後に帰り駅までの送迎が利用しようとしたら、フロントの男性職員がどうしても「今すぐ」送迎の時間を決めてもらいたいです。せっかくの優しいサービスなのに、職員の態度により残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
また滞在したいです！
10.0ホテルの方がみなさんあたたかかったです。 お料理もとても美味しく、石川県で取れる食材を堪能しました！ お部屋に露天風呂が付いていたのですが、そこからの季節は絶景で、お風呂も清潔でした！

10.0予約はシティービューでとっていましたが、ホテル様のご好意でオーシャンビューへ変更して頂き、お部屋も広く快適でした。お天気も良く夕陽、朝日ともにキレイでした。また、温泉も広くてよかったです。駐車場隣の公園の桜、チューリップ、水仙の花が綺麗に咲いていました。足湯も良かったです。
