10.0Il proprietario è molto gentile, premuroso e disponibile; l'appartamento è ben posizionato, vicino al lungomare: un'ottima sistemazione. E, come direbbe Terminator: tornerò.

3.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super; Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus; Ausblick toll; Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend; mehr gibt es nicht an Positives
− Völlig desaströse Wohnung; Treppenhaus schmutzig; kaputte Küchenzeile; gebrauchter Wischmopp in der Ecke; Haare von Vormietern überall; Abfluss im Badezimmer defekt; Rost an der Brause; Couch und Betten in unbeschreiblich marodem Zustand; gesamte Wohnung hellhörig; keinerlei Wohlfühlfaktor - haben kostenlos storniert (Dank an dieser Stelle an den Gastgeber) - ich gehe arbeiten um meiner Familie einen schönen Jahresurlaub bieten zu können - hier ist das leider nicht möglich. (Mittelschicht - ohne gehobenes Gehalt)
