10.0Absolutely beautiful hotel the only thing I would say needs improvment is to put up sound dampening stuff because you can hear everyone and would have liked the pool to be heated a little but the hotel is beautiful the staff was excellent the rooms are beautiful

6.0This is a beautiful property, safe and quiet. Keep in mind that services are very limited, not even a soda machine. Room 103 is behind the pool via and uneven unlit walkway to get to the stairs, and the "deluxe" room could really use a workspace. I've stayed here before, things were different this time. No answer when calling the front desk, had to go find the staff more than once. Did it change hands? P.S. Go to MOOSE for breakfast, twice the meal for the same price.

8.0Stayed with family (3 kids) after landing in to San Jose. About ten minutes from the airport in car. Spacious and clean with a small pool (unheated). Owner very attentive and helpful. Works well for if just getting in to CR and then moving on. Not a whole a lot going on in the vicinity.
