− Disappointing and unpleasant customer service. I kept the host informed of our arrival plans from early on the day of check-in and provided updates when our departure was delayed. Despite this, I was informed that a penalty fee would be charged for our later arrival due to staff having to wait for us. This felt unreasonable and created an unwelcoming atmosphere before we had even checked in. Had the booking not been non-refundable, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. The manager was rude, dismissive and unpleasant. Also, maintenance is needed. The roof seemed to have mould and leak stains, walls by the bedside units were dirty and the pillows need to be replaced.
