Not delivering on promisses, overpriced and no charm

− Vi havde bestilt et deluxe værelse der inkluderede udsigt til bjerge. Vi fik et værelse med udsigt til en banegård og ingen bjerge. Vi blev lovet elbils-opladning på hotellet - det virkede ikke og vi måtte selv ud at finde en opladningsmulighed. Hotellet reklamerede med 4,5 stjerner men der var hverken køleskab/minibar, restaurant på hotellet, pool. Vi betalte 2000 dkk for vores ophold - der var alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad hotellet kunne byde på.
