− El baño NO estaba limpio, la taza del WC , por fuera, en la parte entre la taza y el depósito de agua, lleno de moho, lo limpié con papel. Se notaba que hacía tiempo que no le pasaban un trapo. La ubicación excelente y el personal muy agradable.
En general bien, y Segovia y el entorno nos gustó mucho. La granja es preciosa

Made our stay in Segovia another memorable trip!
9.0We originally booked into Hotel Condes de Castilla, as it is a place we have fond memories of (from our first time in Segovia many years ago) but they could not accomodate us due to refurbishment, so we were relcoated to a nearby hotel (which was also VERY nice). Everything was clearly explained though, and we had no problems with the relocation at all. We love the location as it is right off Plaza Mayor, which is one of my favourite spots to eat and drink!
− Nothing really negative to say. But for clarity, if you want to park your car, you will have to park in a public parking that is located near the aqueduct, and then you can get a discount from the hotel. You can park your car on the plaza while you unload your bags though - but also note that it is a bit of a trek back down to the car park, and again when you want to load your bags when you leave. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
Good to know
Guests arriving by car are allowed to drive through the pedestrian-only zone to the door of the hotel. If you need more information about road access in Segovia, you are welcome to contact Hotel Condes de Castilla before arrival.
