10.0Staying in this lovely guest house really improved our experience in Rome. The location has surprisingly good connections for getting around the city, particularly from Circo Massimo and Piramide. If you set off on foot for a day's sight seeing you can quickly stumble upon something of interest on route. We found the people working at Pepoli9 to be extremely patient and helpful. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, overall it was a relaxing environment after a long day sauntering amongst the sights of the city it was the prefect place to return to!

10.0The service was extraordinary. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgable. The meal service was good, but limited. But with restaurants within walking distance, this was not an issue. Very clean and safe. The only amenity I would add is a whirlpool and pool for guests.

10.0Sadly only one night in this beautiful guest house. Fantastic location close to the Roman Forum and Coliseum. Large beautifully appointed rooms with a nice courtyard. Rooms are funky and modern. Lovely bed linens and bathroom. A great spot and Flavia is very responsive and accommodating. Staff all speak perfect English. Great spot in Rome.
A Little Gem!
8.0This hotel is a little gem! In a very quiet area but very close to attraction. The room as super spacious! The service is simply the best: they really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with anything! The food is delicious, from the breakfast to the dinner! It's my favorite hotel when I go to Rome!
Great boutique hotel
10.0We deliberately picked a hotel away from the main touristic part of Rome and Pepoli9 ticked all boxes as being slightly away from, and yet not too far from, the city centre. Coliseum is easy walking distance (15-20mins). The room was spacious with a lovely view overlooking the Roman bath ruins. Housekeeping was superb and the room was tidied twice a day. Breakfast can be served in the room upon request. Even though the food option for breakfast was limited, it was ok overall. Hotel is clean and tidy down a lovely private road. We had room “Madeleine” on the top floor - it was spacious and airy. Front desk staff were friendly and proactive in making the guests feel welcomed. A good place to stay in Rome.
