Outstanding experience.
10.0Outstanding accomodation with exceptional service, facilities, onsen and attention to privacy. We ate breakfast in a private room with the most delicious Japanese breakfast. Special care was taken to make sure that a dairy free diet was accepted and catered for. The Ryokan was exceptionally relaxing and at the same time access to the ski resort was easy and the drying room was large and well organised. Additionally, it is close to Chuo bus station and Main st restaurants and shops. Oops I forgot to mention the sauna and cold plunge bath alongside the outdoor onsen. We also took advantage of the family onsen and it was perfect.

A truly wonderful holiday destination.
9.0Location is superb, just a short walk up to the travelators and straight onto the slopes. Also a very short walk from all shops and restaurants. 3 bed Ryokan was excellent with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved using the onsen every day too.
Good to know
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made on the same day before 11:00 (Charges apply).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
