Easter in Albany
6.0Instructions to access key to room was good and simple. Disappointed that there was no reception staff on site during our 4 night stay. Carpet required vacuuming and grout in shower recess needed cleaning. Was hoping that the room was serviced - clearly not.

8.0This hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean. I had everything i needed. My only issue was the bathroom exhaust fan stayed on all night. However i was able to close the door and it didnt bother me. It would be nice to see some outdoor areas for enjoying the fresh air

10.0Nice, clean and very convenient to our families in Albany. The rooms was sufficient for the two of us and we made use of the fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils to have breakfast and some dinners. Free Wi-Fi was great and good TV made it enjoyable. Pleasant view from the room over the lawn gave a peaceful outlook. We'd sure stay there again.
