6.0La salle de la piscine et du spa est vraiment belle avec une vue époustouflante. Le personnel est à l’écoute des besoins des clients.
− Que seulement 10 clients peuvent aller à la piscine à la fois. La chambre était royalement décevante. Rien à voir avec le luxe présente dans l’a réservation.

Lovely and comfortable hotel.
8.0The beds were so comfortable. The sheets were so clean and high quality material. The bath room was good. The room size was very acceptable, so we didn't get tired of staying in the room. Appliances like TV were new and up-to-date.
− Unfortunately, there was a small room next to our room for extra equipment and supplies, so the staff would come and go in and out of this room a lot, and it was noisy. The air conditioner was very loud. Surprisingly, the pool did not have a shower or changing room, and the unpleasant smell from the pool reaches our room.

− Forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre que nous avons signalée dès notre arrivée. On nous a expliqué que nous n'étions pas les premiers clients à signaler ce problème pour cette chambre mais que comme l'hôtel était complet nous n'avions pas le choix de rester dans cette chambre. Le lit d'appoint est de mauvaise qualité. La climatisation est bruyante.
