− We were told to come get and change our own bedding, we had to take out our own trash with a 3-night stay. The pillows are thin and hard

− Only 2 towels and wash cloths where provided and the front desk no one was available to provide more
So bad I left what a dump.

− No breakfast, no coffee pot, no ice , hard to get a wheelchair in the building, bed very uncomfortable, damaged furniture, mold and mildew, was not able to stay my full reservation because of the bed so I missed the rest of my 3 day meeting I was very excited for, what a very disappointing experience. Missing cabinet doors.
