Un lugar fantástico para descansar. El SPA es de primera. Voy a regresar todas las veces que pueda.

− Ruido de algunos eventos privados de noche alteran la tranquilidad al dormir sobre todo por el tipo dr musica de bandas
Cambio mucho el servicio, precios y el cuiadado del hotel.. y no positivament. La alberca muy bien

− Que no nos pudimos duchar, nunca salio agua caliente suficientemente para ducharnos. Se desperdicia una cantidad enooorme de agua esperando a que salga el agua caliente. Y nunca sale. El lavabo del baño tiene una fuga y se desperdicia muchiiisma agua, lo reportamos, pero no se hizo nada al respecto. Hace bastante frio en las noche y la unidad de la calefaccion/AC no funcionaba.. El personal administrativo del restaurante bastante desagradable, con nada de enfoque a servicio al cliente. El mesero y los empleados muy serviciales. Las instalaciones del SPA totalmente descuidadas

− Las instalaciones estan muy deterioradas, la alberca algo sucia, y la regadera no tenía agua fría y estaba hirviendo el agua, me tuve que ir porque había demasiados insectos y zancudos
