9.0Prachtig groot huis, in bijna koloniale stijl, gelegen in een heerlijk rustige omgeving, in de buurt van de hoofdstad. Ingrid, de gastvrouw, is een warmhartige en erg behulpzame vrouw. De ontbijtjes die ze serveerde waren echt heel bijzonder. We hadden erg leuke gesprekken met haar, over van alles en nogwat.
− Voor de ramen zaten geen vliegenhorren, zodat je de luiken eigenlijk nooit open kon doen. Hierdoor was onze kamer nogal donker.

9.0We had a lovely stay with Ingrid! She was an amazing host, and he breakfasts were delicious and filling. Plus, she asks about dietary restrictions/preferences but we had none. There is parking available for guests as well and a pool in the back. She also has beach stuff that you can borrow! And very close to Arikok national park - walk around near the park early in the morning and see the goats! Also close to the donkey sanctuary. I definitely recommend renting a car.
− The only thing to note is that there was no hot water in the shower. We didn't really need it, and maybe I missed it in other reviews, but we didn't realize before we got there.

Perfect accommodation to explore “one happy island”
9.01) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!
− No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.
