10.0front staff was warm and welcoming.. we had altogether 5 rooms and both Lynn and Anne was efficient and checked us in in a breeze.. love love it here.. the hotel deco was on point with being in shangrila. Breakfast was lovely and of high standard considering being in this part of the world..
