− Tout. J'aimerais que ce commentaire puisse vous éviter de gâcher le début de vos vacances, permettre à Booking de fermer son contrat de location avec cet établissement. Les instructions à l'arrivée n'étaient pas claires, personne n'était sur place pour aider, la personne au bout de la ligne nous repétait le code de notre porte mais ce n'est pas ce que nous avions besoin, nous avions besoin de trouver notre porte. La porte était difficile à ouvrir, pratiquement non-fonctionelle. L'air climatisée affichait 64F malgré un "set at" 74F, l'impression d'être dans un frigo à bière. L'odeur de l'appartement était terrible. L'appartement était/est dans un état vétuste: plafonds, murs, portes, etc. Il n'y avait qu'un lit, le deuxième est un lit de camp d'armée. Le sofa était/est sale, je ne me serais pas assis/couché dessus. Puis le comble, les fournis et insectes en grande quantité. Après l'état des lieux, j'ai compris que je m'étais fais arnaqué... les photos sont d'une autre époque (ou photoshop), faux commentaires dans Booking pour "booster" la note à 8/10. Mode solution, car il était très tard, j'ai demandé un changement de chambre, heureusement ils ont accomodé. Puis le lendemain, nous sommes partis et avons demandé un remboursement... j'attends toujours après 10 jours ouvrables. J'ai seulement mis deux photos, car autres commentaires à une étoile sont représentatifs de la situation. J'espère que Booking va honorer le remboursement.

7.0Linda zona, tranquila pero muy cerca de la playa y de un centro de negocios donde conseguís todo lo que necesitas. Amplio parking (pago aparte). El menaje de cocina muy nuevos, había productos hasta con etiqueta. Tuve un inconveniente con una jarra eléctrica qué no funcionaba y me la cambiaron por una nueva en pocos minutos.
− El departamento a pesar de haberse reciclado, se nota algo viejo. El complejo en sí no es muy agradable tampoco. El sofá estaba muy duro en ciertas partes, como que muy viejo y desgastado. Los colchones de las camas no eran muy cómodas.
