10.0We stayed here last weekend and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The place was SPOTLESS — seriously, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when booking a new place, and this one totally exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were both super spacious and comfortable. I also loved the little kitchenette setup — a fridge, sink, and space to prep or warm up something quick. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the bathroom was just as clean and fresh as the rest of the room. Another thing I LOVED: no traditional check-in or check-out process! They called me beforehand and gave me super clear instructions on how to get in. We arrived late at night and the office was already closed, so this was a lifesaver. And when it was time to leave, they simply left our receipt at the door — no hassle, no lines, no stress. This made the whole experience so smooth and easy. To top it off, they had a folder in the room with local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, beaches, and things to do — so thoughtful and personal. Such a beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept place. Thank you so much Addys Villas for having us! We’d definitely come back!

10.0Very impressed with the thought that had gone into how the accommodation was presented. We were in a villa in the middle of the site which was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great access to the beaches and local amenities at Venice and Nokomis. Would certainly book again! Thank you
