4.0− Fan didn’t work and it was super hot. Many electrical outlets didn’t work. Sheets were dirty with other people’s hair which is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and for sure weren’t replaced!! HUGE amount of other people’s hair on the bathroom floor the minute we entered the room. Told the receptionist that the fan didn’t work at check out and she told me- we’ll I guess that won’t help you but will the next guests. Very unpleasant

8.0Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr freundlich
− Die Dusche sollte erneuert oder mit speziellen Reinigern bearbeitet werden. ( Schwarze Flecken in den Fugen) . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich jedoch fehlt es an Engagement. Man wartet sehr lange bevor jemand reagiert. Die Dame beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
