− You may misunderstand the room details if you don't look inside the details carefully. ภาพหน้าปกเป็นอ่างอาบน้ำ แต่การเลือกห้องต้องกดเข้าไปดูภาพห้องด้วย มิฉะนั้นจะไม่ทราบเลยว่า ได้ห้องที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำอะป่าว เพราะว่าเราเองก็นึกว่าทั้งโรงแรมเป็นอ่างอาบน้ำ ควรทำภาพรวมให้ชัดเจนกว่านี้ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการเข้าใจผิดและทำให้ภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรมเสียหายค่ะ แฟนเรารู้สึกแย่มากค่ะ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ถ้าเปิดแอร์ไม่เป็น แอร์ก็ไม่เย็นด้วย เราร้อนมาก เราแจ้งพนักงานให้มาเช็คแอร์ให้ เพราะเราเปิดแล้วแอร์ไม่เย็น แอร์ยี่ห้อ TCL พอพนักงานมา ก็กดๆๆๆๆๆ แล้วก็บอกเราว่า "ลูกค้าไปกดปุ่ม ECO MODE" ซึ่งเราไม่รู้ด้วยซ้ำว่าปุ่มนั้นกดตรงไหน และเราร้อนมากค่ะ เราคงไม่กดปุ่ม Eco mode หรอก เรารู้สึกว่า เค้าโทษลูกค้า เพราะจริงๆถ้าเรารู้ เราคงไม่แจ้งพนักงาน สรุป คงไม่แนะนำคนที่รูกจักมาพักที่นี่ ขออภัยที่ต้อง comment ตรงๆ เพราะรู้สึกไม่โอเค
