− Pas d’informations lors de l’arrivée sur les possibilités de l’hotel : restaurant, spa, piscine, bar etc…. De plus pas moyen de changer mes dates pour mon prochain séjour….pas commercial du tout !!!

Son leadership se reflète dans l’excellence de toute son équipe, toujours souriante, disponible et attentive aux moindres détails.
