10.0We have been to Wheeling Island several times, however due to some personal circumstances as well as the big flood that Wheeling Island had, this was our first trip back in 2 years. All I can say is Wow!!!! The hotel rooms have been remodeled. Fresh carpet, new bathrooms, new beds, pillows, everything has that new carpet smell. It was amazing! And as always the staff are always helpful. Very friendly. The casino layout is the same, however they now have a bar and grill restaurant and a smaller food court. Amazing stay! Thanks again
First Time Visiting
10.0Location is very easy to get to. One of the pros to the casino is the proximity to the historical district of wheeling, which I definitely recommend visiting as well. Room was very clean. View wasnt the greatest though what do you expect for the price and time of year really? Overall was definitely a great value! In terms of noise level, it was very quiet in the room. Service was my only complaint, but not enough to reduce the rating. Really wish the staff at the receptions desk would be faster. That being said all of the staff were very friendly and helpful!
