− Sloppy housekeeping. Room not made up despite the fact that we were out all morning and didn't get back till late afternoon. Not something you expect from a hotel with the kind of rates they charge.

An excellent stay in NOTL
10.0My wife and I have just returned from three days in Niagara-on-the-Lake where we stayed at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa. It would be an understatement to stay that this hotel is one of the top hotels we have stayed at in Niagara-on-the-Lake in the over fifty years that we have been coming here for a little R&R. The location is ideal at the end of Queen St, the main drag so you are not far from the shops and restaurants. Underground parking is included which is a plus in a town where parking is at a premium. Every time we come to NOTL, we make sure to have lunch at Treadwell. Their lobster club sandwich is superb and their wine selection is excellent and emphasizes the local product. The rooms in the hotel are large, well-furnished with excellent amenities. Our every comment and request was acted upon quickly and professionally.
