− 温泉内の床が陥没してたり、水が詰まってたり、椅子が古くなってたり、清潔面で少し違和感があった
前日はキャンプだったので疲れを取る為の宿泊

− 宿泊プランに夕食がついていなかった事。 レストランがあるから普通に利用できると思っていましたが残念でした。 朝食は良かったです。

10.0The best attribute of this lovely, newly renovated Osen Hotel is the staff. They truly care about your stay, ask how things are and go out of their way at the latest hours to pick you up in a snow storm. The chef at the hotel is amazing and cooks home style and unique food. The osen is nice and hot and small enough to had good water turnover and privacy.

9.0The location is excellent. The staff is very nice. The room is very clean and the onsen is wonderful. The food, especially the dinner, is amazing. Love the free drinks and snacks as well.
